About SwimEx, Inc.
For the past 29 years, family-owned SwimEx has manufactured compact resistance pools, or swim spas, of various sizes and depths to accommodate lap swimming, aquatic exercise, and rehabilitative therapy. The paddlewheel current pulls the water rather than pushes, and generates a smooth wall of water extending up to 30 inches (76 cm) in depth. It provides ideal resistance for swim stroke development, water jogging, aqua aerobics, and rehabilitative therapy.
New for 2014 is the SwimEx Triton. Built with the same quality and durability of all SwimEx products, the Triton is a swim spa model for the budget-minded consumer. This one-piece pool features a wide open layout, 50 inches water depth, and two seats for cooling down after a workout or simply relaxing. The adjustable propeller is controlled by a commercial-grade electric drive system creating a smooth, reliable swim current.
Using the optional Swimometer, you can program up to nine intervals of time and water speed to enhance your water workout. For those who want to use their swim spa for water walking, the integrated treadmill is a great add-on feature. Other options include massage jets for hydrotherapy, and underwater lights and waterline tiles to create an elegant ambiance.
The built-in ozonator makes water purification simple and the algae-resistant gel coat provides a beautiful, low-maintenance finish. Stainless steel front handrails, recessed steps, and the heater also come standard. The Triton is a great value, installs easily, and is an ideal solution for small spaces.
SwimEx has been a family-owned and family-run company since 1986. Its swim spas are in homes and therapy centers throughout the world and are used by swimmers, physical therapists, hospitals, veterinarians, and sports teams. SwimEx’s line of resistance pools are designed for strength, durability, and a smooth swim current.
