Prior to his promotion, Mr. Pearson served as vice president of TPI Composites and president and CEO of Pearson Yachts.

Vittorio Giovanni Tulipani is the founder and owner of Tulipani Enterprise, Inc., and its subdivision, Swim Spas Plus. His background includes working as a computer analyst executive for PG&E in San Francisco for 10 years. He was also president of Peregrine Industries for 12 years. His work on the development of handcrafted teakwood spas, bathtubs and sinks has given Tulipani a great deal of insight and experience.
